  • 300 g of crozets
  • 200 g of lardons
  • 200 g of raclette cheese
  • 1 onion

  3. Mix the cooked crozets, crispy lardons, fresh cream, salt, and pepper in a baking dish, ensuring everything is well coated.
  4. Slice the raclette cheese and evenly place it over the crozet mixture.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes, or until the top is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
  6. Serve hot, ideally accompanied by a green salad for a refreshing contrast.

Notes

For enhanced flavor, use smoked lardons. You can also substitute the raclette cheese with any melted cheese of your choice.
